It was good experience and indeed sure that I will try again

Room was clean one we arrived and also when cleaning time they do it perfectly, the corridors was smell good, the staff is smiling and doing the service perfectly.

Need to improve the Valet for their language and communication.

I arrived earlier around 5am, the gentleman at the reception was kind enough to allow me to check early instead of 2 pm. Even though my original room was busy, he allowed me to go have a rest and shower. The staff are great. Very professional

Very good stay, silent, relaxing and in good company. Excellent location.

Excellent location in the city. The building is just above the Gould Souq metro station , green line, and this is great bonus for tourist opting for public transport in the day. You just need to take the lift to go to the metro station. I liked the cleanliness, silence, kind staff. I made friends among the staff. The hotel is at a walking distance from the Gold Souq. Good choices of restaurants in the nearby. Farmacy and grocery store also at the reception level.

Not many choices for a continental breakfast. You cannot have a cappuccino, or the expresso coffee. No suitable coffee machine to make an Italian style hot coffee, cappuccino, americano or similar. Not a good sight from the room. No landscape, no panorama, but only a look on internal courts.

Very Good

The staff of the hotel was exceptional, especially Melissa who was very service-minded and kind. It made our stay easy and pleasant! In-room dining option was great when we arrived late (and tasty!). Location is perfect as the hotel is just on top of metro station and there are also many shops nearby. Rooms are nicely designed, fresh and clean.

Incredible value for repeat stays

Excellent stay overall. Hotel staff responsive to all queries and very pleasant. Room kitted out well with mini fridge, comfy bed and rainforest shower. Onsite exercise room & 2 restaurants very handy. Huge selection at buffet breakfast really good way to start the day. Free shuttle to beach & shopping very handy. Located beside Gold Souk metro convenient for public transport from older part of town. Spa and rooftop pool accessible at Novotel which is nearby sister hotel.

Slight smell of tobacco/cigar in room on arrival but dissipated with air con on.

to sum up the stay was amazing.

The property is great l, we loved everything, very comfortable and 100% worth for that money. nee and stylish rooms. and so convenient regarding bus and metro stops. I loved shuttle bus service which is really a big thing in that busy city. we used it to drive to Kite beach and Dubai mall for free.

The only thing is location. quite far from each touristic attractions. you need to travel 1-1.5 hours only to go out for a hangout or anywhere in the city center. Also, would be great to have a spa center with sauna and little swimming pool at least but was nice that we could visit soa center of the sister hotel Windham which is just nearby.

Change Pillow and Improve the Breakfast to make it a perfect Hotel.

Breakfast Spread and taste needs serious improvement. Instead of paying at the hotel for breakfast, the other restaurant inside Deira One offers far better choice and quality of food. Staffs are great, their service is OK as well.

PILLOWS. I don't understand, how can they go wrong with Pillows. Their Pillows are horrible. I slept with the Sofa Backrest cushion as pillows. I'm not sure if they don't know how to choose a good pillow or don't want to buy a good pillow.

I could smell cigarrate on the corridors and on the bedroom. it seemed someone was smoking inside the room near my room the the smell contaminated my room.

Nice, but not that great!

Clean room, nice staff and nice location.

On our hotel arrival, like past 2am, from long international flight that was the only time they told us that our reserved room ( for that night only ) is not ready and asked us if we can stay temporarily in a different room then after awhile they learned that a rolling bed won't fit in the said room. So that's the time they started calling their sister company hotel and moved us there for our first stay and promised to transfer us back to "Days Inn" where we were originally booked for the rest of our stay. They already knew ahead of time that there is something wrong in that particular room so they should have planned an alternative room to house us prior to our arrival so we can go straight into our room and sleep, knowing that it's like past 2 am. already. We finally got into our temporary like past 3am or so. And when we went back to Days Inn, We were placed on the 7th floor, which is a smoking level. In contrast to the "Non Smoking Room" that I chose when I did my booking. It's kind of a hassle moving back and forth on 2 different hotels. Lastly, I reserved a room for 3 people, and I thought it's gonna be a 2 queen size bed; instead, it was a pull out bed and worst it was so old/used that you can feel the mattress springs at your back when you lay down. ( I requested a rolling bed the following day).

2 night stopover in Dubai

The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was adequate with a variety of choices. There was a pharmacy and convenience store in the lobby. There was also a tourist information service adjacent to the hotel. Jaseem was very helpful. The doorman was very friendly.

The reception staff weren't very helpful. I asked a number of questions regarding tickets, transport etc. They didn't tell us that Jaseem was just outside the hotel doors, which would have saved me a lot of time. Thankfully, the doorman introduced us, which we appreciated.
